You already know how to work hard. You just never built help for yourself. That's who I write for.

Talks on building a business, burnout, boundaries, and women's health. For teams, women's groups, and conferences.
See the talksI built a wellness business for 17 years, then sold it. And my team had to yell at me to eat.
I knew everything. Water, fiber, sleep, hormones. I taught it every day. My problem was never health. It was boundaries. Now I'm learning the tools, AI included, so the next thing I build doesn't run on me.

My story
Hi, I'm Indhira. Dominican, raised in the Bronx since I was five. I'm an entrepreneur. Wellness was my business for 17 years, and it's still how I live. Taking my own advice? That part I'm still learning.
Where it started
Before wellness, I worked in marketing and pharma. My job was the Latino market.
And I kept seeing the same thing. A woman gets a prescription for diabetes. Nobody sits with her and teaches her how to eat.
Our people need education, not just medication.
So I built a holistic wellness center in Harlem, and I ran it for 17 years. Nutrition. Digestion. Weight. Hormones. Hitting the reset button. So many of the women who came to us spoke Spanish, and a lot of them reminded me of my tías.
I designed the programs our clients came to us for. Real plans, built for real symptom relief. Thousands of women got their health back on track with them.
We did it the way our families always did. Take care of yourself first. Prevention before the doctor. Vicks VapoRub before the ER. (Every Dominican knows.)
The part I don't put on the pretty posts
I taught it every single day. And I did NONE of it.
My team had to yell at me to eat. I'm not exaggerating. They yelled.
I said yes to every client, every call, every fire. And my body got whatever was left. Which was nothing.
My problem was never health. It was boundaries.
This year I sold it. I'm in the middle of the next one. I don't have it all figured out, and I'm not going to pretend I do. I'm not there yet, but I'm moving.
Here's what I do know. No woman should run a business through her 40s, perimenopause, and a big life change without knowing what I know. So I'm sharing it. The business, the body, and the tools I'm learning right now. The real version, from inside the messy middle.

Work with me
Talks and workshops for teams, women's groups, and conferences. My 1:1 work is paused while I build what's next. The list hears first when it opens.
Virtual 1:1 health coaching
This is for the woman in the middle of something big, whose body is feeling it.
We look at your whole life, not one symptom. Energy, sleep, weight, digestion, hormones, stress. Then we build a plan around your real food, your culture, and your schedule. A plan you can actually live with.
I keep a small number of clients at a time, so every woman gets my full attention.
This is coaching and education, not a replacement for your doctor. I'll always tell you when it's time to see one.
How it works
I read every application myself. If it feels like a fit, you'll hear from me within a few days.
Speaking
Panels, workshops, conferences, employee wellness days, women's groups. In English or Spanish. People leave with one thing to do that week. Not a binder.
Signature talk
What 17 years of building taught me about burnout, boundaries, and women's health. The answer to hustle burnout isn't softness. It's choosing your struggle.
Corporate teams, HR and ERGs, women's leadership, conferences
Business
Hiring, pricing, burnout, and everything nobody tells you about running a service business. The stuff that doesn't make the LinkedIn post.
Entrepreneur groups, business and women's conferences
Hormones
Perimenopause and menopause in plain words. What's happening in your body after 35, what's normal, what's not, and what to ask your doctor.
Women's groups, employers, community and health events
Boundaries
For nurses, coaches, moms, and every woman who runs on empty. Why knowing better isn't doing better, and how to put yourself on the list.
Healthcare teams, wellness pros, women's leadership
